Returns

Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we're involved with several parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. You may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.

The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
